Is it possible to develop vibrant communities in the neighbourhoods of Calgary with its rapidly growing population?
Calgary’s southeast community of Parkland has shown it is possible—through music, art, and a good deal of fun. Their annual music festival and continual activities throughout the year are among the most successful, well-attended suburban events in Calgary.
